Entertaining, and it doesnt seem that hard to learn. Just finished the first chapter and loved it!

Its great!its just a pity only 4 chapters are free!

I really liked the methodology! I could make sentences right away.

Very good way to learn

the only downside is the pretty useless vocab-repetition feature. use of other flashcard-apps like "aki" etc. is advised for vocab-reps.

…that allows a newbie to get into Japanese pronounciation slowly - I was surprised how she spoke "konban" i.e. Nice step by step lessons

This app has really good lessons and a very nice app design. The lessons are rather short with not too much new vocabulary for each lesson. Nice voices and clear pronounciation. You can switch between romaji and kana and everything works good even if you turn off the sound (so it is still useful on the bus or subway)

Im a language teacher and other apps to learn Japanese lack in structure and logic but this one is very good. The reason why I only put 4 stars is because there is not advanced course. Please update soon!!!!!

I like this app but unfortunately since a recent update it crashes about 50% of the time when I press the play button to start a new lesson, please fix and will update my review! Some more advanced leas sons would be nice too ;)

Great App to learn japanese. Easy, Fun and very interactive. Waiting for New Updates!

I havent got to the subscription part yet but the initial lessons are very good. The ideas are introduced at a nice pace and they build up practical ways to say things very quickly with a clear explanation of the grammar. There are lots of spoken examples and the ideas are repeated which helps me to remember them. The lessons for learning the writing / reading arent so strong, I felt. So, in summary, great way to learn simple spoken Japanese quickly.

I love this app very much. You can learn on the way. And there are such good explanations. The little quizzes at the end of the lesson help you to keep the things you learned in mind. I never thought that a app could be such awesome and that I would prefer a app to a book. Very good job.

So awesome. Teaches you in a way thats easy to understand and remember. I wish there were more levels of this app.
